Work Flexibility

As a leading health care agency, at Randstad we can offer a work pattern that suits you and your lifestyle. You can work anything from 1 shift a week to full-time contracts. The shifts we offer can be flexible around your schedule and what you need with day shifts from 08:00-20:00 and night shifts from 20:00-08:00.

Competitive and Clear Pay Rates:

• Monday to Friday Day Shift: £31.10 per hour
• Saturday Day Shift: £40.43 per hour
• Sunday Day and Night Shift: £49.75 per hour
• Monday to Saturday Night Shift: £40.43 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality care in a professional and caring manner
• Administer medications and treatments
• Work collaboratively with health care teams to ensure the highest level of care is provided
• Ensure patient safety is a priority long with their psychological and physical needs
• Monitor patients well-being and maintain accurate records
• Build relationships with patients and their families with a focus on their well-being

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration and PIN
• Minimum of 12 months post qualified clinical work experience
• Strong attention to detail and high quality clinical skills
• Great interpersonal skills and proactive communication abilities
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
