Job Description

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Registered General Nurses (RGN) to join our team.This position offers the flexibility of temporary hours, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while making a positive impact on patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

·Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
·Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
·Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history.
·Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
·Providing emotional support and liaising with other on-site professionals.
·Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
 
Qualifications:
·Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
·Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience.
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
·Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
·Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
·Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
