Role Overview: As the Registered Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations within our esteemed home. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of caregivers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include maintaining regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and local authority guidelines
• Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff, promoting continuous professional development and growth
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, including financial management, occupancy levels, and quality assurance
• Cultivate positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, promoting a sense of community and trust

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the residential care sector, preferably as a Registered Manager
• A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in care provision
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
