Role Overview: As the Registered Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations within our esteemed home. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of caregivers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include maintaining regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and local authority guidelines
- Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff, promoting continuous professional development and growth
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, including financial management, occupancy levels, and quality assurance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the residential care sector, preferably as a Registered Manager
