This Registered Home Manager role is based in the Kent countryside and comes with a salary of 70,000 per annum and the opportunity to earn annual bonus up to 40% of your annual salary with OTE which would mean 100,000.
You will be working in a home that provides excellent Dementia, Nursing, Residential, Respite & Palliative care for 50 residents.
On the last CQC Inspection the home was graded 'Good' in all areas.
To apply, you will need to be a proactive, analytical, and creative leader who can positively influence their team. You will also require previous experience working as a Registered Home Manager, within an elderly care setting. In addition, you should have a good working history driving occupancy and improving fees. Clinical qualification is desirable.
