The Registered Manager role offers an annual salary of £75,000 - £80,000. You'll enjoy 33 days of holiday and a comprehensive induction and ongoing training. Plus, you'll have access to a variety of health and wellbeing tools.

The Registered Manager will:
Ensure compliance with CQC standards.
Maintain appropriate staff levels.
Develop systems, processes, and practices to strengthen clinical care.
Create and develop relationships with LAs, CQC, and Primary Care Trust commissioners.

Have experience managing care homes
Great realisation of CQC regulations with previous good CQCs
