Salary : £50,000 - £60,000

What's involved?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Home Manager who is RGN qualified for this care home in Totton where you will be responsible for the overall management of this 26 bedded care home, ensuring that you and the team provide high-quality care to residents. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the care home, including:

• Recruiting, training, and managing 33-40 members of staff
• Ensuring that the care provided meets the required standards
• Handling complaints from residents and their families
• To uphold financial and budgetary control within the home.
• To act in accordance with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of professional conduct and Contemplation policies and procedures.
• Communicating with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on a regular basis.

What do you need?

• Active NMC Pin
• RGN Qualified
• Must have management experience
• NVQ Level 5 is preferred
• Dementia and care home experience is preferred
• Able to complete a fully enhanced DBS check
