nRole Overview:
nAs the Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our residents and leading a dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of daily operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of dignity and respect. nKey Responsibilities:

- Maintain or improve CQC ratings through effective management practices n
- Lead the Management Team, including the Deputy Manager and Administration Manager, by providing guidance and support n
- Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently to meet the needs of residents and staff n
- Facilitate staff development and training to ensure high standards of care are consistently met n
- Collaborate with the Central Support Team on various matters, including quality assurance, human resources, and marketing initiatives n
Requirements:
n- n
- RGN qualification with a passion for providing compassionate care n
- CRB Check and POVA listing to ensure the safety and security of residents n
- Knowledge of CQC Guidelines and best practices in care management n
- Familiarity with the Gold Standard Framework for end-of-life care, demonstrating a commitment to holistic care practices n
- Proven experience in Dual Registered Care Homes with a track record of achieving "Good" CQC ratings n
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others n
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment n
