Job Title: Registered Manager - Children’s Home
Salary: Up to £52,000
Contracted Hours: Full Time

Moore Green Recruitment is currently working in partnership with an innovative Childrens Residential Care Provider to recruit for a Registered Manager. This is a permanent opportunity within a flagship service.
This role offers the unique opportunity to be part of a service from opening within a brand-new, purpose designed Therapeutic Community for children, that is dedicated to facilitating recovery from early traumatic life experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- This role will oversee and manage a 6 bed children’s home, ensuring the home and staff team provide high quality care for the children in line with the Quality Standards, Children's Homes' Regulations and Ofsted Inspection Framework.
- To ensure effective recording and reporting within the regulation guidelines adhering to safeguarding of the children who are cared.
- To ensure the team are engaging with the training and reflection opportunities that promote Trauma-Informed, effective, safe and holistic practice.
About you:
- You will be a passionate and forward-thinking individual with strong people management skills
- You will have significant experience in a residential childcare environment, either as a Registered Manager or deputy manager
- Have, or be working towards A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services
- A thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulations, including OFSTED requirements.
