Registered Manager - Greater Manchester - Permanent - Full Time - £45,000 - £50,000 + Excellent Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered manager to join a local organisation support Children and Young People with a variety of support needs.
You will be in charge of a 5 bedded home. This service houses 5 Young People who are mixed gender and are need of a strong leader to support them with the journey to adulthood.
The home has recently been refurbished and is ready for you to hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for the safe running of the service and the Young People who are housed there. ensuring high standard of quality and safeguarding. You will be responsible for performing above and beyond the organisational policies and procedures and adhering to the national minimum standards of operation and legislative frameworks.
You will have a sound understanding of Ofsted regulation, have a proven background of managing a Children and Young persons home and managing a support team. You will be able to demonstrate your proven track record of delivering results and getting the from your team which in turn will give the Young People in your care the support, guidance and know how to become the best versions of themselves.
You will have a minimum NVQ level 3-4 in Children and Young People or equivalent
NVQ Level 5 in management or equivalent
Driver
Proven background working with Children and Young People especially with Emotional Behavioural Disorders
