Here at Compass Associates I am currently working with a Nursing Home provider focused on Quality care, The provider is looking to hire a new Home Manager to be based in Plymouth Home of the Royal Navy.
This is a medium sized Nursing home that provides care to Elderly/Old aged residents but this role is open to Clinical & None Clinical Managers due to there being a Clinical Deputy in place.
Key Requirements
Experience as a home manager 2 years
Level 5 in Management
RGN (Not Essential)
My client is looking for a forward thinking hardworking experienced Home Manager to join their ranks and make this home their own, The home currently sits with a Good CQC rating and a clinical team already established and ready for leadership.
Due to the homes needs a deputy step up would not be suitable and i would advise having two years minimum experience before applying for this role, Candidates wishing to apply are advised to also have demonstrated a history of Good CQC's.
