Form of workHalcyon are proud to be working closely with a well-established care provider based in the West Midlands covering Mental Health, Nursing, Learning Difficulties, Rehabilitation, Challenging behaviours and residential care.
We are looking for a Registered Manager who is has experience within managing a Nursing/Residential home, CQC inspections and an in-depth knowledge of the running's of a care service.
As the Registered Manager of the home, it will be your responsibility to work closely with the senior managers to help create a supportive, comfortable, and safe setting for the residents to live in a safe and comfortable environment. You will have the opportunity to work with the team around you and the autonomy to manage your team in the most effective way possible, ensuring the highest levels or care are always followed.
To be successful in this position you will ideally be a Home Manager with at least two years’ experience, who is a dynamic and confident nurse and leader, ensuring delivery of the highest standards of quality care by following company policy and monitoring outcomes.
In return for your full commitment to this position, you will be offered an annual salary of £50,000 alongside many other benefits including NMC registration fees covered.
