Location:  Isle of Wight

An exciting opportunity awaits an enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate individual to take on the role of Registered Manager overseeing a 46 bed home, while over seeing the running of the other homes on the island. As the Registered Manager/ General Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including staff allocation, resource management, and performance monitoring, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services in compliance with internal standards, CQC, and external care regulatory requirements.

The Role

Have you worked with outside agencies to support the safety of your clients?

Ran successful recruitment campaigns?

Run day to day operation of the sites

Have you been in charge through a CQC Inspection
