We have partnered with a local charity in Hampshire, which is looking for a Registered Manager to manage 2 Extra Care services.
£35,000 to £40,000
You will need to allocate staff, and resources and monitor performance to deliver a high-quality care service to our customers whilst meeting all required internal standards/processes along with CQC and external care regulatory requirements.
You will be an organised, pro-active person with experience in managing staff, excellent customer service, and administrative skills. You must be willing to provide practical support to your team.
You will have -
- Extensive CQC knowledge and understanding of regulations and compliance
- Previous experience in care services including Home Care, Live-in Care, Extra Care and Specialist Care
- Level 5 in Health & Social
- Local to Southampton / Willing to travel
