Job Scope:
We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to join our team. As a Registered Manager, you will provide effective leadership, governance, and management to achieve organizational objectives. Your role includes securing and promoting the services' reputation, creating the right environment for high-quality support to service users, and ensuring successful CQC registration within two months of starting. The Registered Manager will lead the team to deliver services at the highest standard, identifying cost-effective solutions, adhering to budget parameters, and implementing service improvements.
Your responsibilities extend to fostering a strong and inclusive team culture, providing leadership and motivation, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the company's services. As a Registered Manager you will contribute to budget reviews, maximize service capacity, and actively seek opportunities for profitability. Safeguarding is a priority, with the role encompassing leading investigations and adhering to policies. Additionally, the Registered Manager will provide management support, cover in the absence of colleagues, implement quality assurance programs, and continuously update professional skills. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to undertake other duties consistent with your role at the request of the CEO or Director of Operations.
Do you have?
- NVQ 5 level or equivalent qualification
- Commitment to strictly adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures within the service
- Proactive approach in maintaining CQC compliance, showcasing the ability to drive necessary improvements and elevate standards when required
- Analytical acumen to evaluate staffing ratios and staff skills, ensuring alignment with the diverse needs of supported individuals and the feasibility of care package delivery
- Are you adept at cultivating and expanding a diverse range of new and innovative support services and activities that contribute significant value to the company
- Actively participate in the collaborative process of setting annual budgets, demonstrating accountability for controlling revenues and expenditures in strict accordance with agreed upon budgetary parameters.
