The Registered Service Manager must demonstrate the desire to place all individuals at the centre of their planning, leadership & management. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
The ability to create a loving, homely environment is essential; alongside the skill & knowledge of managing the complexities of the role. As the Registered Service Manager, you will be an inspiring and experienced leader who is committed to delivering the highest level of support through the skill and the ability of your staff team. You will have the support of an experienced senior management team and will be given the opportunity to complete extensive training and development opportunities for both your ow leadership and that of your staff team.
Registered Service Manager needs to demonstrate 5 years previous experience working with Children and Young People with complex needs in a Supported Living, Residential or Disability Care service, at least 2 of these years need to be in operational management.
As a minimum you will need to be educated to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Heath and Care Services.
A full-time post, working Monday - Friday with second line on-call responsibilities on a rota basis, offering a competitive salary of 46,000 per year and an excellent employee benefit package, supported by further personal and career development.
There is a need to liaise with individuals, and various stakeholders therefore a full UK driving license is required.
