Hooray are delighted to be supporting an established and committed care provider to assist in the recruitment for a Registered Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis!

As a Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead & manage a team of dedicated care professional
- Conduct assessments and reviews on clients to ensure care plans are meeting their needs
- Conduct quality assurance checks, ensuring clients are receiving the highest level of care and support
- Participate in the on-call rota as and when required
To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will:
- Hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management or be working towards it
- Have a excellent knowledge and understanding of the legal responsibilities and standards across the health & social care sector
- Have previous management experience within a domiciliary care organisation
- A local knowledge is advantageous, however, not essential
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £45,000 per annum. Please note, this is a full-time permanent opportunity and we are unable to provide/support with sponsorship.
