Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our purpose-built Hospital in Solihull.
Key Responsibilities for Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD)
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with Mental Health conditions, physical health conditions, substance misuse, and secondary Mental Health issues.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Adhere to NMC guidelines, professional practices, and hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in nursing practice to meet the evolving needs of residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) or nearing completion of nursing degree/masters.
- Knowledge of NMC guidelines and professional practices.
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development is desirable.
- Positive attitude towards change, improvement, and quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Enhancements:
- Additional 25% for overtime hours worked Monday Friday.
- Additional 50% for overtime hours worked Saturday and Sunday.
- Additional 100% for hours worked on a Bank Holiday.
