*Position Overview:*

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and support to individuals experiencing Mental Health challenges in our client healthcare facilities. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families.

*Responsibilities:*

- Conduct comprehensive Mental Health assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for therapeutic effectiveness and potential side effects.

- Provide counselling, support, and psycho-education to patients and their families to promote understanding of Mental Health conditions and enhance coping skills.

- Implement therapeutic interventions and techniques to manage symptoms and promote recovery.

- Advocate for patient's rights and access to appropriate services, collaborating with community resources and support networks as needed.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

*Requirements:*

-Immunisation History report

-Bachelor's degree in Nursing BA(Hons)

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

-A member of the NMC council, with a valid Pin.
