Join a dedicated and caring team at Scarborough CMHT, committed to delivering outstanding Mental Health care within the community. We are currently seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Band 5 RMN to join us on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Position Overview:
As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a vital role in the Scarborough Community Mental Health Team, providing essential Mental Health support to individuals in the community. This role involves assessment, care planning, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote the well-being and recovery of service users.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Band 5 level experience or equivalent in Mental Health nursing.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills, with a person-centered approach.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with service users and colleagues.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to professional development and staying informed about current Mental Health practices.
