As an experiencedNurse from the NHS or private sector, you'll join the team atThornford Park with the Male Psychiatric Intensive CareUnit as a Senior Mental Health Nurse (RMN)working 37.5 hours per week (12.5 hour shifts), where you willchange lives for the better.

What you will bedoing
As a qualified Senior MentalHealth Nurse, you will ensure men with acute Mental Healthconditions receive high-quality care, while alsosupporting your colleagues and promote goodteamwork.

The shift patternsinclude working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days aweek.

You will work at ThornfordPark which is a combination of medium secure and low secure unitsand rehabilitation flats. The service provides a seamless internalcare pathway supporting and empowering patients in their recoveryand rehabilitation.
You willwork alongside the multidisciplinary to provide personalisedassessment and treatment programmes for males with mental illness/complex care needs as well as those with personality disorder.Service users may have histories of offending and/or may havefailed in previous placements
