We are currently looking for exceptional RMNs to join our healthcare team at our NHS trust, offering a competitive rate of 19 per hour for day shifts and 23 per hour on night shifts

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with Mental Health needs.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Conduct assessments and manage care interventions for patients in various settings.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in accordance with trust policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as an RMN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to delivering high standards of care and continuous improvement.
