Rate of pay: £22.00 (Weekdays) - £23.00 (Weekends)
Hours available: Full Time, Days and Nights
CHD Living Ltd are seeking enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurses to provide nursing care at St Catherine's Manor in Artington, Guildford, Surrey.
Qualities we seek:
A positive role model who can demonstrate the values and behaviour expected of CHD Living care staff. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide the highest standard of care to our service users.
Areas of Expertise:
You must be able to:
Demonstrate and maintain specialist knowledge, relevant qualifications and skills necessary for the role (including keeping clinical practice up to date).
Deliver quality person-centred care, in line with legislative, regulatory and Fundamental Care Standards
Implement policies and procedures in an effective manner
Provide leadership to the team and ensure staff receive appropriate support
Demonstrate excellent record keeping, medication administration, create and update care plans .
Professional Qualification
- Degree in Nursing or recognised nursing qualification
- Registration with the NMC
- Maintaining and following NMC re-validation process.
