Post : Full Time, Permanent (up to 48 hours per week)
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents within a Nursing and residential home environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in West Molesey, Surrey.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking two Registered Nurses, one for day shifts and one for night shifts, to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for residents under your care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' health and care needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring and documenting residents' progress and responding to changes in their condition.
• Providing support and guidance to care staff.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience working in a nursing/residential home setting is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
