Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or conditions
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist in emergency medical situations
Skills:
- Strong patient care skills with the ability to provide compassionate and personalised care
- Proficient in medication administration
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
- Requirements:
⮕ Valid Registered Nurse license in the UK
⮕ Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
⮕ CPR certification
- ⮕ Tracheostomy and Peg trained
⮕ Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
