Healthcare Talent are recruiting for Registered Nurses (RMN/RGN) to work for our client with hospitals and services based in and around Oxford.
As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN) you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and providing a warm and welcoming environment. You will also be working within a transdisciplinary team that includes a range of professionals.
Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Providing healthcare advice through educating patients, carers and families
- Monitoring and reviewing individualised patient plans, within an evidence based framework.
- Utilising clinical expertise to provide skilled nursing interventions.
- Carrying out clinical nursing procedures
- Managing medication as per hospital policy.
As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN)you must:
- Provide a current NMC Nursing pin - either RGN or RMN
- Have at least 6 months UK experience
- Previous experience working within a clinical setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in acute or general care settings
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Be self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
