Registered Nurse

Position Summary:
Hampshire Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care to patients on a 1-1 basis, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout their stay at our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on a 1-1 basis, following established protocols and standards of practice.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatment, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting all nursing interventions, assessments, and patient responses.

```Experience```
- Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license within the Nursing and midwifery council.
