Hours: Full time & part time available
Shifts: Days or Nights or a Mixture available, Subject to availability. You can choose your shifts patterns!
Salary: up to £19.40 per hour / £44,387 per year (based on 44 hours)
Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:
· Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports
· Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects / reactions
· Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments
· To be able to supervise, develop and teach other care team members.
You will need the following skills and qualities:
- An experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering patient-centred care.
- Previous experience of working within a Care Home setting is desirable but not essential.
- A commitment to adhering to NMC guidelines and code of conduct.
- A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis.
