Induction and Further Training

• Registered Nurses are offered a structured and thorough induction programme, including various training courses and shadow shifts for smooth introduction.
• Access to structured development programmes with clear progression pathways within the Care Home.
• Additional training opportunities to develop and enhance nursing skills with ongoing support from management.

Our Ideal Candidate... 

• A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• Compassionate, caring and dedicated to providing the highest standards of care for our residents.
• Is committed to their own personal development and growth, as well as the development of our home.
• Previous elderly care/dementia experience
