• Making critical clinical decisions and assessing and developing person-centred care plans
• Safely providing nursing care, including administering medication, dressings, and management of residents' medical conditions

We want to hear from you for this Registered Nurse role if you are:

• A qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin
• You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Keen on developing yourself and others and be able to build good close relationships with residents and their families.
• You will be driven and determined to deliver continuous improvement, with an enthusiastic approach and the ability to be highly responsive under pressure.
