Key Responsibilities:
As a valued Nurse, you will collaborate seamlessly with fellow healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive care services. Your primary focus will be addressing residents' personal care needs with the utmost respect for individual dignity, fostering independence, and actively participating in the day-to-day activities of the home.
Reports to:
Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong skills and knowledge relevant to the job role
- NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience
