Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and providing personalized care in the outpatient setting.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Educating patients on their treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Responding to patient queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensuring compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- The successful candidate must possess a Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in outpatient care, preferably within a hospital setting.
