Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse - Pre-Assessments to join the team at a prestigious private healthcare provider in the Harrow area

The main duties of the Registered Nurse - Pre-Assessments role include:

• You'll aid in evaluating the health and welfare of patients within a diverse and evolving caseload.
• Perform electronic pre-operative assessments on patients.
• Recognise and elevate concerns regarding patients who don't meet the hospital's admission criteria to senior nursing staff.
• Capable of conducting comprehensive patient health assessments and determining their pre-operative assessment needs.
• Contribute to providing care that addresses the specific health and well-being requirements of individuals.
• Handle and exchange complex, sensitive, or contentious information.
• Enhance personal expertise and support the development of others' knowledge and skills.
• Advocate for best practices in health, safety, and security.
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of services.

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• Registered Nurse Qualification and current NMC Registration
