Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) for a National Private Mental Healthcare Provider to work at their facility in near Pontypridd, South Wales.
As the Registered Nurse RMN / RNLD you will be working on a full time basis. You will be required to Deliver high quality, service users focused care. Participate in the development of new services and care pathways. Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy. Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities:
- Registered nurse with active NMC PIN as a RMN or RNLD with 12 months post qualifying experience
- Relevant clinical experience
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
- Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
- Excellent verbal , interpersonal and written communication skills
