They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join their Ward team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ward.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administering medications and treatments as required.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Support and educate patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs.
- Contribute to the implementation of clinical best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a similar ward-based role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
