As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide high-quality care to residents.
• Lead and supervise care staff.
• Assess risks and develop care plans.
• Mentor and support team members.
• Ensure adherence to Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines.
• Make clinical and professional decisions.
• Maintain effective communication and leadership within the team.

To be a successful Registered Nurse, you should have:

• Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC PIN).
• Experience in a supervisory role with leadership qualities.
• Commitment to professional development, training, and education.
• Skills in risk assessment and care planning.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy and first aid knowledge.
• Awareness of health and safety practices.
