Registered Nurse

Our ideal nurse will be either an RGN or an RMN responsible for providing care to patients in line with NMC guidelines across various NHS hospitals in Scotland.

Responsibilities

· Providing direct care to patients including assessing and implementing care plans, administering medication, treatments and performing physical examinations

· Supporting patients and their families with their physical, emotional, and social needs

· Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating and communicating with doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists, social workers, and care assistants

· Maintaining and updating patient records, whilst using technology to ensure confidentiality

· Adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct (or client centred policy) at all times to ensure ethical, safe and effective practice.

· Ensuring Continued Professional Development throughout placements including implementing learning from mandatory training
