As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD) you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and providing a warm and welcoming environment. You will also be working within a transdisciplinary team that includes a range of professionals.

Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Contributing to pre-admission assessment of referred patient
- Providing healthcare advice through educating patients, carers and families
- Monitoring and reviewing individualised patient plans, within an evidence based framework.
- Carrying out clinical nursing procedures
- Managing medication as per hospital policy.
As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD)you must:
- Provide a current NMC Nursing pin - either RGN, RMN or RNLD
- Have atleast 3 months UK experience of working in a similar environment and role
- Be self-motivated
- For higher level nursing positions - have strong leadership and management of people skills
