SalaryMSI Recruitment is actively seeking Registered General Nurses to cover both day and night shifts in the Leicester area, offering a competitive pay rate. As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
- Precisely record patients' vital signs and medical information.
- Diligently monitor patients, promptly noting and reporting any changes in symptoms.
- Perform routine procedures, such as administering non-intravenous medications, taking blood pressures, and maintaining accurate patient charts.
- Administer medications with careful monitoring for potential reactions or side effects, promptly reporting any concerns to physicians.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to craft personalised treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain comprehensive healthcare records and reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- NMC registered.
- Possess a minimum of 6 months of hospital experience in the UK.
- Hold a valid DBS certificate.
- Have the legal Right to Work in the UK.
