Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse include:
- Working with a variety of female and male service user with physical disabilities, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries and behaviours that challenge.
- Delivering care plans for service user.
- Carrying out assessments.
- Administering medications.
- Observing service user’s conditions and recording information.
- Assisting with personal care and moving and handling including using hoisting and wheelchairs in some instances
- Being a very positive and encouraging individual that promotes independence.
Person Specification for a Registered Nurse:
- Minimum 6 months professional experience
- Able to work shifts including earlies, lates and waking nights
- Full UK driving licence is advantageous
- Previous experience working with Elderly people in a nursing or residential environment is desirable.
- Current and unrestricted NMC Registration.
- Full right to work in the UK SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE
