Location: Birmingham and Surrounding areas (Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the multi-site responsibilities associated with this role)
Salary: £45000 to £50000 and excellent benefits package

Your Role:
As a Registered Supported Living Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a dispersed location and maintaining the outstanding reputation of the existing services. You will be a key contributor to strategic growth, working towards expanding their care reach in alignment with their mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and enhancement of the care services.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the quality of services, adhering to regulatory standards and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Innovation: Identify and implement innovative practices to enhance the quality of care and support provided to individuals with learning disabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, staff, and external stakeholders.
