True to its name, nestled on a lovely street right next to Hyde Park in the luxury retail quarter of Connaught Village, our practice has some serious curb appeal!
We have a bright reception area, two consult rooms, theatre and boutique and dog groomers on site.
We have a friendly and welcoming team, you’ll be working closely with our fantastic Lead Vet, playing a crucial role as our Registered Veterinary Nurse.
This role works to a 4-day week with 1:6 weekends.
We take pride in our collaborative approach and have created clinical communities where vets and nurses with a shared interest connect and collaborate on a regular basis.
To support you in your role, we also offer nurse consult training and internal CPD including our nutritional ambassador programme, building your confidence and developing your consulting skills.

Role Accountabilities
Exceptional care is at the heart of everything we do at Medivet. That’s the care for our patients, our clients and for each other – we really want to make a positive difference through every interaction we have.
In this role you will:
- Consistently deliver exceptional care to your clients.
- Support with surgeries and procedures, completing all pre and post procedure activity.
- Carry out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities.
- Deliver patient monitoring and care.
- Manage admissions and discharges as directed by the Veterinary team.
- Complete patient transfers to out of hours or enhanced care.
- Dispense and check medication.
- Deliver professional excellence, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards.
- Hold briefings to engage and co-ordinate your team to support the most effective running of the practice.
Your Skills and Experience
- RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
- Experience of delivering exceptional patient and client care.
- Experienced in working effectively as part of a team.
- Experience of supporting Nurse consults, with an understanding of how this contributes to practice performance and efficiency.
- Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.
