The roles available are as varied as our practices with locations at Milton, Whittlesford, Longstanton , Cottenham and Royston. Each branch retains their own identity but supports one another and plays to their strengths, just like our nurses!

We are well equipped with everything you would expect, including endoscopes, in - house laboratory and dental suites.
Longstanton , Royston and Cottenham have a family feel and are at the heart of their local communities . With great reputations , they pr ide themselves on a traditional , personalised service . This means we can offer both an industry leading quality of care , whilst still k now ing the clients by name , and commonly forming l ongstanding professional relationship s with them .
A Village Vet nursing role includes a wide breadth of nursing duties, incorporating the management of complex medical and surgical patients, provision of perioperative care, assisting with the provision of anaesthesia and schedule III procedures, as well as supporting the patient journey from admission to discharge. We also support our clients with regular (and busy!) nurse clinics. Our vets are amazing, many of them are certificate holders and some are advanced practitioner s too . Our veterinary surgeons a ppreciate and respect th e nurs ing team, valuing their professionalism and input.
W e pride ourselves on learning and evidence-based progression and support this with a generous CPD budget and r egular training events. Your personal study and learning would be actively encouraged as part of a bespoke professional development plan. If there is something you want to do? We will work with you to make it happen!
