This is an administrative support role working within a small and friendly team based fully in the office. Within this role you will be responsible for assisting the in operations of the pharmaceutical department.
Responsibilities:
Responding to emails
Sending out documentation
Dispatching documents to customers/end users via Royal Mail/DHL International
Liaising with couriers in order to dispatch goods in a timely manner
Liaising with USA and UK regarding dispatching of goods
Ensuring goods being sent out are in line with other countries shipping legislations
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience within an administrative based role
Excellent attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Strong written communication skills
Experience of dealing with couriers would be advantageous
