Role Overview: As a Regulatory and Compliance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that Energy Company meets its regulatory obligations and manages changes effectively. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, staying abreast of industry changes, and leading compliance activities. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with industry codes, agreements, and licence conditions
• Lead regulatory submissions and Compliance activities
• Monitor industry changes and assess their impact on the business
• Provide guidance and support on compliance issues and industry changes
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with industry bodies and third-party agents

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a small Energy Supplier
• Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework in the energy market
• Experience with industry codes, agreements, and business processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and relevant operating systems

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Subject to Experience)
