We're seeking a future team member for the role of Regulatory Operations Manager to join our Operations Control Management team. This role is located in Manchester, UK - Flex
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage a staff of professionals responsible for specific regulatory reports in the EMEA region
  • Oversee the creation of complete and accurate Regulatory Reports
  • Ensure execution of all governance and control activities associated with Regulatory Reporting
  • Interact with senior managers across the various EMEA Legal Entities related to all aspects of regulatory reporting
  • Carry out all human resource responsibilities associated with managing staff
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Business Management or Business Administration, or educational equivalent
  • 10 years of experience in banking industry with at least 5 of those years being in custody operations
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends and develop effective solutions and strategies
  • Strong project and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and effectively shift priorities
  • At least 5 years of experience managing staff including motivating, coaching, performance management and supervisory responsibilities for all daily operations
