Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join an investment bank based in London, where you'll be part of the Operations team responsible for handling activities related to MiFID, EMIR, and SFTR regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Regulatory obligations under EMIR, MiFID, and SFTR.
- Oversee Operations tasks related to Message Automation and DTCC dashboards.
- Address any daily transaction, collateral update, or collateral re-use rejections promptly, ensuring compliance with Regulatory deadlines.
- Conduct daily reconciliations for reporting purposes.
- Monitor Real-time EMIR potential clearing breaches on a daily basis and escalate issues to Front Office (FO) or line manager as needed.
- Manage exceptions in day-to-day operations to ensure Regulatory deadlines are met.
- Maintain CCP statements and ensure their accurate consumption.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a Trade and Transaction reporting role, with knowledge of either MiFID, EMIR, or SFTR.
- Familiarity with TRAX and proficiency in Excel would be advantageous.
