- Conduct a Reinsurance Claims Training Program including developing a curriculum for new hires, as well as continuing education for existing employees
- Develop and expand subject matter expertise in key claims business processes and systems
- Champion best practices and optimal systems utilization in support of best practices
- Design and develop easy to follow documentation to support end users
- Liaise with Internal Audit in providing key control information and updating key control documents
- Coordinate internal audit of home and branch offices
- Liaise with Enterprise Risk Management in assessing likelihood and magnitude of risk events
- Perform Ad Hoc Projects associated with Reinsurance Claims Quality
- Knowledge of claim systems, reports, and processes, presentation skills
- Familiarity with ServiceNow application a plus
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills are important to move a project from beginning to completion.
- Commercial insurance property/casualty claim-related experience preferred
- Reinsurance claims experience preferred
- Excellent organization and analytical skills are essential
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Access) is required
- Administration experience with TeamThink a plus
- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative team environment
