Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

Hybrid working with some travel around the Midlands and Yorkshire (flexability to support other locations when needed)

Starting Salary £49,945

Car Allowance included of £7,000

We are looking for a Relationship Manager who is keen to use their knowledge, skills, and experience for a pilot project, supporting the Nursing and Nursing Dementia occupancy within homes across MHA.

As the Relationship Manager, you will look to grow and promote existing services that we offer.

You will have opportunity to showcase your talent by:

• Presenting MHA at the highest level across all Health Care Providers, potential residents and their family, the local community in accordance with MHA's values and set targets.
• To form and maintain open and engaging relationships with all who have an interest and those who can enhance the quality of life for residents, including relatives, carers, colleagues, and volunteers.
• To effectively manage enquiries, relationships, occupancy, and marketing for the assigned geographical area of care homes.

As part of the management team, you will take a leading role in driving occupancy and focus on assuring a culture of continuous improvement ensuring quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within MHA.

You will have experience and an understanding of the competitive tendering process and evidence of taking a leading role in the preparation and submission of successful bids.

Experience of managing and influencing stakeholders to produce positive results. Have a basic understanding of current and future challenges within the care sector.
