Join our prestigious banking client in central London as a Relationship Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding a portfolio of High Net Worth and VIP clients.
Role Overview:
As a Relationship Manager within our Private Banking team, you'll promote our services, cultivate client relationships, and drive business growth across a range of credit products.
Responsibilities:
- Market Private Banking services and products to existing and potential customers.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with High Net Worth and VIP clients to grow the bank's portfolio.
- Evaluate investment opportunities in the UK real estate market for client offerings.
- Manage credit applications for property purchases and oversee post-sanction processes.
- Communicate relevant financial information and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle customer records, complaints, and provide reports to Senior Management.
- Monitor competitors, products, and services, providing insights to the Head of Department.
- Ensure departmental compliance with financial crime procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken Arabic and excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles within the banking sector.
- CEMAP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with colleagues and customers.
- Proven track record of building and enhancing customer relationships.
