Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
As a Relationship Manager at Futura Design, you will play a crucial role in supporting our network of contractors, ensuring they are satisfied with their placements and the support they receive from Futura Design. This position requires monthly check-ins with contractors, facilitating communication between contractors and the recruitment team, and ensuring our contractors are thriving in their roles. You will also at times liaise with our clients to ensure they are happy with the service Futura are offering, and be proactive in providing excellent solutions to existing problems.
Key Responsibilities
1) Contractor Support and Engagement:
Conduct regular monthly check-ins with contractors to assess their satisfaction with their current roles, the work environment, and the services provided by Futura Design. Address any concerns or issues that arise, providing timely and effective resolutions.
2) Contractor Liaison Work:
Serve as the primary point of contact between contractors and the recruitment team, ensuring clear and effective communication. Relay contractor feedback to the team and collaborate on strategies to enhance contractor satisfaction and engagement.
3) Performance Monitoring:
Regularly evaluate contractor performance and satisfaction through feedback, surveys, and direct communication. Identify trends and areas for improvement in our contractor management processes.
4) Onboarding and Offboarding:
Assist with the onboarding process for new contractors, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and the resources available to them. Facilitate a smooth offboarding process for contractors concluding their assignments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
5) Client Liaison:
Engage with clients to gather feedback on contractor performance and the overall service provided by Futura Design, fostering strong relationships and continuous improvement.
6) Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of interactions with contractors, feedback received, and actions taken. Prepare regular reports for the COO on contractor satisfaction and performance metrics.
7) Support the recruitment team:
Support the recruitment team as necessary providing support where needed. Liaise with the finance team as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Very confident and personable, with exceptional communication skills to include telephone manner.
- Loves working with people and building long term relationships.
- Microsoft Office Suite efficient.
